Sharing of Information

Agents/Service Providers

Orders placed on Denverticket.com are billed at the time of checkout.  We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. When you order tickets on our site, we will share your personally identifiable information such as name, address, and phone number as necessary for the third party to provide that service. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Some orders through Denverticket.com can be drop shipped by one of our network of participating brokers.  Denverticket.com does not share credit card information with any company other than a credit card processing company.    These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for promotional purposes.

Business Transitions

In the event Denverticket.com goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred.  You will be notified via prominent notice on our Web site for 30 days of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
